I coordinated the launch campaign for Turma da Mônica – Laços, the first live-action adaptation of Mauricio de Sousa’s iconic comic book series, which brought over 2 million people to theaters — even while competing with Disney’s The Lion King at the box office.

Working with full responsibility over the film’s P&A (Prints & Advertising) budget, I led the strategy and production of all promotional materials: trailers, posters, TV and radio spots, branded content, digital materials etc. I also oversaw audience research sessions with children and families, using screenings and creative testing (such as poster comparisons) to guide marketing decisions based on real feedback.

Beyond strategy, I managed the production of nationwide premiere events in cities like São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, and Fortaleza. I also led on-site brand activations at fan events like CCXP and the Geek Festival in Santos.

On the press side, I worked closely with the publicity team to organize the official press junket, coordinate journalist outreach, develop the full media kit, and produce all official press releases. I also supported talent appearances, including key features such as É de Casa.
